Breakthrough Series Umpire Camp BTS is pleased to announce that the BreakThrough Series has been approved to run a MLB Umpire Camp in collaboration with this year’s event.  The BTS Umpire Camp will mark the expansion of the BTS program to now include both aspiring players and umpires from urban backgrounds.  The camp will include 6 – 8 umpires please refer to the related flyer below.  As with our player group, attending “student” umpires will have all travel, lodging and meal expenses provided for them through the event.  If you have an individual whom you would like to recommend for this opportunity please forward them to Austin Maloney at austinmaloney@usabaseball.com or 919-474-8721 x 235.  Candidates should be aspiring professional umpires with some umpiring experience.
